Terms & Conditions – Returns / Refunds

Kickboard Canada Inc. will gladly accept returns of new and unused product (except Helmets and Eyewear for sanitary and safety reasons) in their original new-like packaging purchased directly from the kickboard.ca website within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please note that shipping charges for returned items are non-refundable. The cost of shipping the return is the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your refund to partially offset handling costs. 

Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued to the credit card or other means of payment used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Kickboard Canada Inc. unless the return is a result of a shipping error. Please allow up to 2 weeks from receipt of return for your refund to be processed. 

IMPORTANT: Please contact us at info@kickboard.ca for return authorization and instructions. We are only able to process returns of new and unused products with new packaging.
